We have already informed you about the availability of Windows 8 Release Preview build 8400 which is almost final version of Windows 8. Microsoft added and tweaked a lot of features in its next generation touch enabled OS.
One of the most noticeable feature of Windows 8 Release Preview is its IE’s “Flip Ahead”. With “Flip Ahead” feature of Internet Explorer 10 you can browse faster with simple and convenient user interface.
“Flip Ahead”predicts the next page that you may like to visit, then lets you click a button to jump to it-thus, now you are free from search of tiny links all around the web browser. By default this feature is turned off in Release Preview due to heavy traffic that may be generated with “most likely” link for every page that you may visit. But if you want to turn it on you can follow following simple steps.
- Download and install Windows 8 Release Preview.
- Start IE 10.
- Go to Internet Options of IE 10.
- From ‘Advanced’ scroll to the Browsing section.
- Check “Enable flip ahead”.
- Click OK.
And now you are ready to use “Flip Ahead” feature of IE 10 in Windows 8 Release Preview.
