With the General tab you can align the main window to the left or right, you can change the Background and Secondary Theme colors. You can even increase or decrease the transparency of the Window, toggle Metro Clock and many more options are available to configure Windows 8 metro-style looks for your older Windows OS (7, Vista & XP).

It has options like ‘Favorite tabs on top’, ‘All’, ‘Desktop’, ‘Pinned’ etc. Search dialog box can be used for searching Applications and Windows settings.
mStartEx is also loaded with the classic Windows 8 metro-style clock. This metro clock displays time, date and day continuously on the desktop of your system.
